Our burgers are made with 100% Abingdon Beef sourced from a family owned and operated business in Abingdon, VA Anderson and Sons Farms. The result is a rich specialty grind created just for the Butcher’s Grind.

Chef Logan Schalk has been a chef for 27 years. Raised in Arizona, ASU Graduate in Business Finance and attended culinary school in Scottsdale Arizona at le Cordon Bleu. Most of Chefs career was working in the west coast in California. He has worked at many prestigious Restaurants. Chef moved to Virginia 10 years ago with his family. His Wife is a Virginia Local.
